Facilities management inauguration
DBA did a Certificate Course for Multi Skilled Facility Operator. The course was conducted in collaboration with SMS Facilities Management, FDP Skilling Solutions and Learnet Skills Limited. The course was meant for those who would take up jobs as Housekeeping Staff. The course taught Communication Skills, etiquette, cleaning skills. It taught the use of cleaning machines used in offices, hospitals and other industrial cleaning of floors etc. The course covered various skills that are in use in the hospitality, service and general jobs related to housekeeping making the person trained to get a job.
